San Zeno, Strada A no. 32, 52100 Arezzo (AR), tax code and VAT number 01111420517 (hereinafter, the “Provider”), acting as an economic operator providing an e-commerce service to consumers, is committed to ensuring the accessibility of the website https:\/\/www.italpreziosisustainability.com\/ in order to ensure its use by the widest possible number of users, including persons with disabilities.<\/p>

This statement is provided in implementation of the information obligations laid down in art. 12, paragraph 2, and Annex IV of Legislative Decree No. 82 of May 27, 2022, implementing Directive (EU) 2019\/882, and describes the level of compliance of the service with the accessibility requirements set out in Annex I of the same decree, as well as with the technical standards of the UNI CEI EN 301 549 standard and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA.<\/p>

The aforementioned website is fully compliant with the accessibility requirements established by Legislative Decree 82\/2022 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.<\/p>

The compliance of the service is evaluated in relation to the harmonized standard UNI CEI EN 301 549, which ensures the presumption of conformity to the requirements of the decree, and to the WCAG 2.1 level AA.
