This policy formalizes our commitment to JEDI principles (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion). The reference regulatory framework integrates the UN 2030 Agenda, EU directives, and B Corp and RJC standards.
Policy and Procedure for the management of abuse, violence, harassment, and gender diversity in the workplace
In compliance with ILO Convention No. 190, Italpreziosi has adopted specific procedures for the prevention and management of abuse and harassment, which include periodic risk assessments and encrypted reporting channels to ensure the protection of its employees.
Supply chain monitoring
Italpreziosi extends its commitment to gender equality across the supply chain by monitoring female representation.
In 2025: 23.62% of resources in the supply chain are women, with 26.19% holding leadership positions.

Cooperation with value chain actors is aimed at improving the supply chain in terms of responsibility and transparency.
Salmon Gold
A project promoted by the NGO RESOLVE for the environmental reclamation of historic mining sites in North America. Through re-mining techniques, precious materials are extracted from mining waste while simultaneously promoting the restoration of river habitats.
Objective: The recovery of riparian biodiversity to facilitate the return of migratory fish species like salmon.
Traceability: The gold refined by Italpreziosi in 2025 was used in Mejuri’s Salmon Gold Capsule Collection, tracking the journey from the reclaimed sites to the finished product.
EmpowerASM
An app designed by Italpreziosi to guide small cooperatives, communities, and artisanal and small-scale miners (ASM). The project, currently under development and elaboration, aims to promote responsible environmental and social practices through targeted training modules on climate, biodiversity, financial empowerment, economic diversification, and the protection of human rights.
Objective: Act as a digital accelerator for the inclusion of the ASM supply chain, facilitating the adoption of international standards and the monitoring of progress through accessible training.
Chain of Information
A portal dedicated to distributing tools for implementing due diligence practices and responsible policies. It includes materials on OECD guidelines, LBMA and RJC standards, information on other certifications, and sustainability strategies.
Objective: Support the supply chain in adopting global sustainability and due diligence standards by sharing guidelines and supportive tools.
